undelete a file

Interesting, this was discussed a _long_ while ago in linux-india,
although in not as much detail.

Please remember that the method in mc works only for ext2 filesystems.
Wont work with reiserfs etc.  Also, I think it is possible to recover
the entire file only under kernel 2.2.x (or maybe there is some
version of ext2) otherwise, only the first 12k can be recovered.
