Short Answer: Yes
Long Answer: You mean Listar, the way it has been configured for
ilugc? AFAIK, text attachments (includes txt/doc/rtf) are allowed or
MIME-decrypted, while anything other than that, including
html/jpg/pdf/ps/* get removed. so theoretically, you *could* attach a 1 MB
text file - but again, Prabhu just might have set a ceiling on how large a
post can get... Again, some mailers "attach" the stuff that is being
replied to, and I guess, for them to work, plaintext attachments are
infact allowed to pass through freely, through ilugc.
