how to change passwd in POP3 account

hi all,

i have an email id viz.  mksarav@xxxxxxxxxx  which is a POP3 account.  But
I dont have any provision to change the password.  I did telnet to port
110 and tried various POP3 commands.  But i don't find any POP3 commands
to change the password. can anybody help me in this issue.
