Too late.  I accepted the offer in a private mail to Thaths.  No one
else seemed interested.  Strange - you all vote for others.  No one
offers to do anything (not that I do too much).

As regards debian CD's, as of today I am not going to make the CD's
this time.  I made them the last time spending almost 2 days.  There
are a few points folks better understand before sending the list
boatloads of CD requests.

   1) It is not advisable to download anything from debian now.  The
   servers will obviously be overloaded anyway.  Wait for a week(?)
   before things stabilize.

   2) I dont know when Thaths will send us CD's.  We already have
   fairly recent frozen sets.  Those CD's are in circulation.  Zameer
   and Aravind have copies I guess.  I dont think Thaths or Manoj can
   send us non-free/non-us.  Therefore it is worthwhile using the
   pseudo image kit to get the CD's.

   3) Someone needs to offer to make the CD's.  I have no objections
   giving you a small talk(?) this Saturday on making potato CD's from
   the current frozen set using the pseudo image kit.

   4) Someone (actually more than one person is reqd.) also needs to
   offer to test the CD's and then make copies for everyone.  You need 
   to announce your names on the list and people who want CD's can
   contact you directly.


If no one offers to make the CD's I will make them in my own sweet
time.  Copies can be had from me later.  So if you want them early you
are on your own.
