Hi Suresh,

        Read the following HOWTOs:

            /usr/doc/Linux-mini-HOWTOs/RPM+Slackware
            /usr/doc/Linux-mini-HOWTOs/RPM+Slackware-README1st

                        or

        Convert the RPM file into ".tar.gz" using 

            /usr/bin/rpm2targz  "RPM File (xyz.rpm)"

        and install the converted package in Slackware style.
