Is any GPL based antivirus software available?

hi,

  Yesterday i scanned one of my floppy with Norton AV 2000. It shows no
virus found.  But IBM Virus scanner is showing some sort of virus.
Similar problem have occurred me earlier also i.e. some virus software is
detecting some not .. etc.. surely we can't buy all AV software.  Is there
is any GNU/GPL or Open source code based antivirus software avl. on the
net with constant update or so?
