Its apparently not today , Sat Nov 20 1999 . It _should_ be on Nov 27th,
but keep watching the emails on the list. It _will_ be announced too.

  IMO , it _would_ help if it had a more descriptive subject line that
"Bala" - like for instance , "Next ilugc meeting?" would have been a more
appropriate subject line.
