If you use a TA (terminal adaptor + modem), you dont need any addl
card. Most brands come in two models - with U interface and S/T interface.
The NT is required only for the latter, else you can connect the TA
directly to the ISDN telephone line.

And, most models come with 2 ISDN data ports and 2 analog ports.
Three of these can be used at a time.
The analog ports can have fax/modem/telephone connected, thus having
multiple devices connected simultaneously to the same ISDN telephone line. 

If you plan to use VSNL ISDN, better lookup their website to see a list of
approved/tested ISDN TA's. Else at your own risk.

Cost will be around 25K for any reputed brand.

If it is a standard make/model, config is pretty easy if you have the
manuals. Just the correct AT commnds are needed.

We have a Zyxel TA128U working for more than a year now.
