Gautham,

Edit the file '.pinerc' in your home directory. Set the value
user-domain=<your domain i.e md4.vsnl.net.in>. I hope this will work
for you. You can set this value thru pine itself. To set this value thru
pine :
                      Pine->Setup->Configure
