How to access FAT32 win partition from linux?

Dear friends,

**  I am using win95 (FAT32).  Earlier I was using win95 FAT16.  At that
time I am able to access the win partition from linux.  But now I am not
able to access the win partition from linux.  I am using slackware 3.2. 
Do u know any solutions?

**  Is there is any file splitting utilities in linux (slackware 3.2),
since i want to copy somebig files from one linux system to another.
