Speaking for myself, I'd suggest 'avoid'. Generally speaking,
any RH x.y release where y == 0 doesn't inspire confidence, and 6.0 is
no exception. We ran into problems straight away when we tried it here
on the main server, a Compaq Deskpro. /var filling up mysteriously,
random lock-ups, sendmail problems, we had them all. Reverting to 5.2
solved most of them.

You could try Debian 2.1. Stable as a rock, unmatched
range of packages. And getting it in Madras shouldn't be a problem at
all. :).
